Long held family homes from the sixties and seventies, plus a rental belt around Utah Valley University. Sits next to Pleasant Grove, so it is a short run.
American Fork
Older downtown lots with outbuildings, newer bench subdivisions toward the canyon, and a commercial strip along the freeway.
Pleasant Grove
Home base. The shortest response times and the most short notice, same day work on the map.
Spanish Fork
Older lots near the canyon on one side, fast growing new subdivisions on the other. The south end of the weekly area.
Springville
Old town lots near Main Street with outbuildings, canyon recreation gear from Hobble Creek, and farm metal on the west side.
Lindon
Larger lots and horse property on one side, a genuine light industrial and commercial strip along Geneva Road on the other.
Vineyard
The newest city on the list. New build move ins, small modern garages, and townhome and rental turnovers rather than decades of storage.
Mapleton
Acreage and outbuildings below Maple Canyon. Fewer commercial jobs, more scrap metal and yard loads. A shorter page on purpose.
Cedar Hills
An entirely residential bench city of subdivisions from the nineties onward. Garages, basements and yards rather than commercial work.
Alpine
The northernmost city on the list, at the mouth of American Fork Canyon, with larger lots and more outbuildings than anywhere nearby.
Outside the eleven weekly cities
Tyler will travel for the right job elsewhere in Utah County, and in Draper in Salt Lake County. These are not on a fixed weekly schedule the way the eleven cities above are, so call 801-375-7303 to check timing before assuming a same day slot. Scrap Solutions does not serve the rest of Salt Lake County beyond Draper.
