This page explains what Scrap Solutions LLC collects through this website, why, and what we do not do with it. If anything here is unclear, call 801-375-7303 or email tylerbulloch@scrapsolutionsutah.com and ask.

What we collect

When you request a quote through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, city, a description of what needs to go, and whether you opted in to text messages. If you call or text 801-375-7303 instead, we collect whatever you tell us on that call.

This site does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising pixels, and does not sell or share visitor data with a third party analytics network. Basic hosting logs (the kind any web server keeps automatically, such as IP address and page requested) may be retained by our hosting provider for security purposes.

What we do with it

• Your quote request goes directly to Tyler Bulloch so he can call or text you back with a price.
• If you checked the text message box, we use your number to text you about your quote. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Checking that box is never required to get a quote.
• We do not sell your information. We do not pass your address, phone number or email to another junk removal company, a call center, or a marketing list.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to schedule and complete the job, plus a reasonable period afterward for basic recordkeeping. If you want your information deleted sooner, email tylerbulloch@scrapsolutionsutah.com and ask.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
