About
Tyler Bulloch runs Scrap Solutions.
One owner, one truck and trailer, and a straightforward reason for why the business exists: Tyler likes clearing a space out more than he likes the alternative.
Based in Pleasant Grove, working across Utah County.
Scrap Solutions LLC has operated out of Pleasant Grove, Utah since November 2024. Tyler works Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 9 PM, in American Fork, Cedar Hills, Alpine, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Orem, Vineyard, Provo, Springville, Mapleton and Spanish Fork every week, and will travel for the right job in the rest of Utah County and in Draper.
The work ranges from a single item pickup to a full home cleanout, and covers appliances, furniture, garages, basements, yards, light construction debris, electronics and tires. Electronics, garage cleanouts, and commercial jobs are the work he most wants more of, and homeowners, property managers, and businesses are his best fit clients, though he will take on almost any job that comes in.
“People choose my business because I still care about my customers. I strive to build genuine relationships and offer great value for the price.”
Coverage, plainly stated
What actually stands behind the work.
Vehicle and trailer insurance
Tyler's truck and trailer are insured through UCCU, which covers liability to property. Scrap Solutions does not carry a general liability policy, and does not claim to.
A signed work agreement
Every job runs under a signed customer work agreement. If something is damaged, Tyler covers it personally, which is the arrangement the agreement sets out before anything is loaded.
Where it goes
Sorted, not just hauled.
Almost nothing goes straight to a landfill without a stop first.
Donation
Usable items go to Deseret Industries and Tabitha's Way. Other usable materials, especially from a remodel or a cleanout, go to the ReStore in Orem.
Metal recycling
Scrap metal, appliances, fencing and shelving are recycled at Western Metals and MCR rather than thrown away.
Electronics recycling
TVs, computers and office equipment go to a recycling partner based in Arizona instead of a dumpster.
