Commercial loads are usually heavy on two things: office furniture that is not worth moving, and metal. Desks, filing cabinets, shelving and racking are largely steel, and steel goes to Western Metals or MCR. IT equipment goes to the electronics recycling partner in Arizona. Furniture still worth using goes to Deseret Industries, Tabitha's Way or the ReStore in Orem.

Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes. Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 9 PM. Early morning and evening clearances are normal for retail and office work and cost the same as a midday slot.
Do you invoice, or is it payment on the day?
Commercial jobs can be invoiced. Agree it when the quote is confirmed so there is no confusion on the day.
Can you clear a unit before a lease handover?
Yes, and that is a large part of this work. Give Tyler the handover date on the first call and the job gets scheduled with room in front of it.
What happens to our old computers?
They go to an electronics recycling partner based in Arizona rather than to landfill. If the drives hold anything sensitive, wipe or pull them before pickup, because Scrap Solutions does not offer certified data destruction.
